Q: What comes with my booth?
We will provide standard pipe and drape (gold) at no cost. Island booths do not include pipe and drape. All booths include electricity, tables and chairs provided at no additional cost. You may also bring your own furnishings.
Q: Where do I pick up my exhibitor badges?
When you move into the show you must check in at Exhibitor Registration. There you will be given a check in package with useful show information as well as your exhibitor badges. Each Exhibitor will be given up to 4 Exhibitor badges. These badges are interchangeable and include your company name. If you are in need of additional badges please contact Jeff or Shirley at Popovics Productions.
Q: Am I allowed to drive onto the floor during move-in/move-out?
During Move-In vehicles are permitted on the grounds to allow accessibility to your booth space. We cannot guarantee that all Exhibitors will be able to drive a vehicle onto the grounds. Move-Out times are Sunday 5:00pm-9:00pm and Monday 8:00am-3:00pm.
Q: What if I need to cancel my exhibit space?
If you need to cancel your exhibit space please contact Shirley at Popovics Productions immediately. If cancellation is made more than 60 (sixty) days prior to the first day of Move-In you will receive a full refund of total booth space. If cancellation is made within 60 (sixty) days of the first day of Move-In you will not receive any refund. If you fail to show and exhibit, all fees and payments will be forfeited and retained by the promoter.
Q: Where do I park during show hours?
All exhibitors must park at the West gate of the fairgrounds so that the main parking areas are free for your potential customers attending the show. Your exhibitor badge will only allow you access at the West gate. A free shuttle is provided to transport you and your team members back and forth.
Q: If I am a food vendor do I need a Health Permit?
Yes. All food vendors are required to have a Shasta County Health Permit in advance of the show and be able to produce it upon request. It is the responsibility of the food vendor to ensure they have all the necessary paperwork to participate in the show as a food vendor.
Q: How secure is my booth after hours?
All buildings are locked at night. PPI provides additional 24-hour Security at no additional charge to you. Security is provided from Thursday through Monday of each show. We advise that no exhibitor leave any items of value in their booth as an additional precaution.
Please note, Popovics Productions is not liable for any lost items.
Q. Will there be media at the show?
The show will have live remote feeds from local radio stations. Schedule will vary.
Q. Can I pass out flyers or similar promotional materials outside of my booth?
No. To ensure fairness for all exhibitors, all exhibitor business must be conducted within the booth only. Aisles and general show space may not be used to conduct business.
